I bought My specialized sirrus x 4 on marketplace a few months back and love it. I ride about 10 miles per day and noticed the stock tires are a bit worn – the center section on the rear is slick now. I feel like I’ve seen some minor cracks in the sidewalls too – the bike is a 2020 that I think the PO didn’t ride much. I’ve toyed around w doing the odd gravel ride and someone on my local marketplace has a pair of Pirelli Gravel Hs used for $80 in 700×40. Are these a decent tire for me when realistically I’ll be doing mostly road riding? Was also thinking of doing some panaracer SS or SK
