Just starting out in the world of cycling and thinking of buying a used bike since buying new is very confusing and I’m hesitating spending a lot before learning the ropes. This will be my first bike but I do wish to eventually graduate to racing and hopefully participate in a half Ironman at some stage. For now I will be using on roads and compacted gravel trails. Have a few basic questions:
Is this unisex bike? If not, does it make a difference?
Is this a good entry level bike at this price point?
Anything to look for or consider?
It’s a Specialized bike.
