Today, let’s explore the villa on top of Golfe-Juan. The villa has a heated pool overlooking the Côte d’Azur, Cannes, a garden full of greenery, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms with dryers and washing machines, 5 bedrooms, with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Such a wonderful place to find peace. To heal after tiring workdays. Let’s see how amazing the villa is! We took an overnight train from Paris to Cannes. The weather in Cannes was pleasant, cool, around 20 degrees Celsius. All taxis here are Mercedes. Our pickup car was too. It took about 30 minutes to get to our accommodation. Cannes is a city in the South of France, well-known for the Cannes Film Festival. We rented a villa located on top of Golfe-Juan. Guests are given a code to enter the house themselves. This is a mountain villa in Vallauris, France. A very quiet place with many scattered villas. The villa has an area of 250m2, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 living room. The BBQ area is large enough for about 20 people, shaded by a grapevine trellis. From here, it’s a 15-minute walk to the beach. The pool is clean thanks to a continuously running filtration system. The automatic irrigation system is controlled remotely. The dining table next to the living room seats 10 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, designed in a simple style, with elegant colors. There are still colorful accents, like this armchair. It’s an upholstered chair. The kitchen is separately arranged to keep cooking smells out of the living room. It’s well-equipped to cater for parties of 10-20 people. Induction cooktop, gas stove, oven. The design is many years old, but it’s been well-maintained. A baking area with all the necessary tools. Coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and many other items to meet guests’ party needs. The ceiling and floor on the upper level are made of large wooden beams. The shared bathroom is the largest. There are no personal toiletries here; guests need to bring their own. Everything is kept very clean. Good water pressure. A few decorative items to make the space less plain. Bathroom heater for cold days. The walk-in shower area has beautiful fixtures and stone tiling. This is where shampoo and shower gel go. Inside the bathroom, there’s a small room, which is the laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. This is also the utility room with the main electrical switches. A walk-in shower is standard equipment. Oops, my pants got wet! Playing around too much. The landing on the second floor is a workspace with an Apple computer set. Next to it is another living room. Behind the living room is a bedroom. This room is quite beautiful with a bathtub placed outside. Couples staying in this room will surely have a relaxing time. From the room’s window, you can admire the Côte d’Azur. The bathtub is right in the bedroom. Behind it is the toilet area, washbasin, and a bathroom with a glass partition. Enough space for two people to brush their teeth and wash their faces together. The ceiling shower runs embedded in the wall, giving a modern feel. Heating system and room temperature gauge. Many convenient storage compartments. The second floor also uses a system of wooden floors and beams. They are painted white to match the interior design. These wooden beams are large and sturdy. Let’s go up to the third floor. The third floor is divided into 2 rooms and a resting area. The table and chairs are too low, how can we enjoy the sea view from here??? This is the best spot in the house to admire the sea view. The attic room has a slightly narrower space because the ceiling is quite low. Still enough space for a large double bed. Behind the headboard is the toilet area and bathroom. This bathroom is a bit narrower, but still fully functional. A small washbasin and a bathroom with a glass partition. Opposite is the toilet area with a similar size. The tile colors are very elegant. My favorite place is the villa’s garden. You can enjoy the fresh air and the sea view from morning till evening. What could be more wonderful than sitting under a grapevine trellis and having a cup of tea?! Although the temperature in May was still quite cold, that couldn’t bother me because there was a heated pool. The water filtration system runs continuously, so it’s very clean. Time for a swim! The water wasn’t as warm as advertised, but it was warm enough to swim. So chill! I forgot to turn off the alarm system 🙁 The pool alarm blared loudly. I should have turned off the alarm before getting into the pool. The alarm will go off if there are waves in the pool. Time to swim again! The alarm system automatically reactivates after 10 minutes of still water. Don’t forget to read the instruction manual carefully, everyone! I had 4 wonderful nights in Cannes. I got to experience French cuisine and stay in a villa with a super beautiful view. The villa on top of Golfe-Juan is definitely worth the money. The rental price is about 650 EUR/night for 10 people. Breakfast is not included. The villa offers free cleaning service and towels. After checking out, guests must collect all towels and bed sheets from the rooms and bring them to the laundry room. Thank you for watching until now. Please comment if you need any clarification.
