Thorsten started this morning at 4 a.m. in Schenefeld, and we met him here in Wittenberge, and then we drove together to Berlin. Here we are already at the point where the Havel flows into the Elbe Water and green passages constantly alternate on this great bike path. Don’t shy away from country roads and country lanes Once again we’re crossing the Havel River here. I always imagined this neighborhood to be different. Here I almost drive into the snack bar because it’s so delicious smell of food. The cycling weather today is heavenly: 25°C and a tailwind. Almost empty country roads and good bike paths alternate again and again. And slowly the sun is setting in West Havelland. The 300 km have been reached! Reason to celebrate and be happy. For Tanja and me it’s 120 km. That’s also a great achievement. Berlin, Berlin, we’re now in Berlin! After 19 hours and 320 km, we’ve reached Thorsten the Brandenburg Gate Two cities over 320 km in the saddle on a day that was a borderline experience between passion and madness. The route demands everything: endurance, mental strength, and discipline! A tour that is physically exhausting, but soul-healthy. but worth it. Anyone who has done it knows: impossible is often just a word!
