Probably one of the most time consuming and frustrating thing I’ve done. Especially the spokes and trueing.
I found the wheels locally very cheap then ordered the hubs online. I’m not completely finished due to not having the correct sprocket tool but it’s in the mail.
This was my first time ever building a wheel and the things that I didn’t think of. The spike holes are recessed and a pain in the butt to work with when it’s pitch black in there. Trueing or balancing a wheel has to be an art form and aged me 30 years. Spinning the wheels with the same force as the ones that came with the Brampton is night and day. The Kuosacs spin a lot longer.
