6.5-mile ride along the Thames & Severn canal towpath from Brimscombe in the east to Eastington in the west of Gloucestershire.
Most of the canal has been restored by dedicated volunteers but there is still work to be done to connect the canal at Brimscombe and Eastington.
Most of the canal was filled in or left for nature to take over with lock gates rotting and loads of brickwork to renew. The Cotswold Canal Trust has charity shops at Brimscombe and Stonehouse selling books, CDs, and games plus you can always donate your old books, etc, to help their cause.
