This frameset was recently given to me by a friend who acquired it in a bike parts trade. It had been stripped down to bare metal, no headbadge or any other info was given. There is what appears to be a letter “B” on the fork crown, the dropouts are Gipiemme, and the bb shell sizing is Italian. My friend seems to think it may be a Bottecchia or Battaglin, but I have not found any pics online with the same style “B” on the fork crown. I am hoping that someone here may be able to identify the frame, as I would love to restore it as closely as possible to its former appearance.
