On this tour, I will take you to a city in the Netherlands that I know really well. This evening, we visit a city famous for its stew, cumin cheese and bed linen, the amazing city of Leiden.
Leiden is where I studied at university and lived for 4 years. We will discover the charm of this beautiful student city by night, learn about the history and why Leiden became the first city in the Netherlands with a University (in 1575). It’s a city with famous churches, a huge windmill and an old fort completely hidden in the city centre.
Leiden also has the most beautiful canal in the Netherlands, so it’ll be a tour full of twinkles and sparkles as the city lights reflect on the water. You will love it for sure
