Kit advice for first trip: 3 day 2 night trip down Ireland

Hi guys, taking on my first bike packing trip soon travelling 470k down the length of Ireland. This is my current set up (missing a lot of the food hence why the seat post bag is so empty) and just wanted to check that everything looks ok. Have my tent on my handle bars, poles under the top tube, bag of gels and riding snacks + repair bag with 2 spare tubes and multi tool on top of top tube, then sleeping bag and 18L seat post bag w/med kit, towel, spare clothes, bike pump, water purification tablets etc on the back. Am I missing anything glaringly obvious? Cheers
