In addition to the 35mm tires and front rack bag I installed to convert my Rockhopper to a dedicated commuter, I have since added:
-SKS Longboard fenders (getting these installed is one of the great achievements of my life. It was misery.)
-Topeak rear rack with basket
I guess that’s it….For some reason I thought there was a lot more to it than that but, anyway, pretty pleased with it. It’s getting noticeably heavy though, particularly with a heavy lock I got. Will have to avoid the impulse to bolt something else on just because…
