1990 Trek 1420 Aluminum Frame, in Rose & Glacier Blue color scheme. Bought in a state of disrepair for $85 earlier this summer.
New saddle (REl garage sale $60-was stoked on that find), bars (Velo Orange Tourist), racks (laying around in garage), Wald 139, Continental Grand Prix tires, new chain and some spit shine. Not pictured very well: Portland Design Works cork ergo grips and a recent trigger shifter conversion. Also, how did Topo Designs come out with a frame pack that perfectly matches??
Took it overnight to Vashon Island, Washington this last weekend, she went like a dream. I’m hooked!
