so we’re going to do something a little bit different today it’s uh been a few days since my everesting and I’m still pretty wiped I need to change your pace so we’re out on a run we’re going to go find some Trails up past the Bas steel and go up Mount Jala we’re going to go nice and slow just kind of shell I’ve been dealing with a weird knot in my leg for a few days now so I don’t want to like inflame that or something also I need the running training perhaps I got a little bit cocky and I signed up for several ultramarathons back in the States that’s the best deal up on the hill there and we’re going up to that point up there there’s a little Lookout up there and then we’ll be going past that oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] done e [Music] [Music] [Music] on [Music] [Music] [Music] we’re going to be doing a little bit of walking still have a ways to climb where we passed the uh viewpoint on Mount Jala already but I wanted to check out a couple other Trails I’m just I’ve been wiped for like the last week ever since the everting I’ve just been like a sloth no energy getting out to go for a run or a ride has taken like maximal effort so we’re going to walk for a little bit also got a bit of a clicking behind my left knee that’s a little concerning [Music] go [Music] climbed a long ways so we started kind of there’s I don’t know if you can see it there’s a river over there near a bridge apartments over there star over there and through the city up to the bu Feld right there and then up this Ridge and traversed and uh we still have a little ways to go maybe half a kilometer before we start heading [Music] down okay so we found this Trail this is supposed to be actually a double black mountain biking trail a lot of switchbacks coming up supposedly if you’re on a bike anyways some uh no fall zones stuff that I have been familiar with in my youth when I was young and spry [Music] this would be a pretty awesome mountain biking trail switchbacks would be a bit hairy they’re uh steep very Rocky but the rest of this Trail it have some really nice flow to it so we made it down from the best deal [Applause] we’re gonna go find a bubble tea
