Saint Gratin (north Paris) to Sens
Quite a bit of sightseeing in Paris before making tracks towards Sens, loosely following the River Seine
it’s day four i’m in the suburbs of Paris we’ll be heading through the center and further south keep watching to find out what goes on today i’m Roger this is Roger rides for at Heat up here [Music] [Music] no prizes for guessing where I am look at that you okay well 22 miles in it’s um something like 12 so it’s been quite a quite a slow morning but a lot of that’s down to stopping for photos and sightseeing and the like still in the builtup area catch you later so I’m broadly speaking I’m following the sand all day today uh but a bit on and off if you like um this is one of those bits where it is definitely on definitely following it um pretty wide here heat heat heat heat heat heat heat heat well it’s just gone 6:00 p.m and it’s still showing 31° uh I’ve just made a stop for more water lost a lot of time earlier in Paris with the sightseeing to be expected uh it’s going to be a lateish one i’ve still got about 2 hours catch you later some high-rise buildings on the horizon there a little bit further around to the right a very big um big building as well no idea where might look into that later if I remember if I can work it out just on the outskirts of Sens now which is the town where I’m staying tonight um I think I’m more on the other side of the town so I’ve got to get through the middle but um not too far to go now uh I’ve stopped to have this little chat with you because there’s so many flies about it’s like being um sand blasted with them as I’m riding along at the moment it’s been a long day uh the sightseeing in um excuse me uh the sightseeing in Paris sort of slowed me down quite a lot um but we’re pretty much here uh get to the hotel get checked in get some food and rest um and get a video sorted put together uh that’s probably it from me today um if not then speak to you later if it is then see you tomorrow
