days 153 to 6 we woke up to some overnight rain and a man took pity on Jonno’s sad uncaffeinated self and bought us a thermos coffee and another soak did the trick today was a shorter day and the winter dropped completely riding was on nice bike lanes with very considerate Hungarian drivers we stopped for some langosh it’s like half batter half bread either way it’s deep fried then topped with sour cream and cheese so good we passed through some scenic towns before getting to a guy’s retirement project campsite complimentary pelinka and great conversation via Google Translate on three phones then more easy writing the next day and some strawberry picking the quality standards amongst the pickers were rather inconsistent then a sad goodbye to Hungary a quick dip at a swimming hole and into Brit Slava Slovakia i wish I could show you pictures of Bratz Lava but we got to our accommodation and didn’t leave for 36 hours except for four trips to Tesco then an uneventful final day riding to Vienna except for about 2ks of nudist riverside bathing and now we’re at a campsite where the crickets and the other tents have a very different concept of personal space to us
