I'm building a parts bike, and have no clue what brand the frame is. No serial number except "F554" on the lower down tube. It has nice scroll work on the lugs and braze-on cable stops. Chrome on the fork has held up very well. Size is 22" center to center. Can anybody guess what company made this?
