here we go terry you’ve done it terry you are an Iron Man [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] hey guys uh after a flight from Johannesburg to Paris Paris north and then a drive about an hour to get here we’re here the Iron Man logo is there we’re in Las Deon Vonte it’s just outside about an hour outside of N really cool to be here day one of 2 weeks in France i’m really excited about that spending 2 weeks here with the French team love working with the French team always good fun my hotel room’s not ready until 3 so I’m going to go and find some food and somewhere to sit down i’d love a shower but apparently that’s not happening right now heat [Music] heat [Music] [Music] okay so here we are at uh day two in Landon yesterday was just arriving and basically finding my hotel finding some lunch chilling this morning went for a bit of a run uh which was really cool um it is super hot here it’s over 30° and it’s set to be super hot tomorrow and today as well but luckily on Sunday they say it’s going to be better today we’re doing the expo um so on the mic with J Style at the expo and then tomorrow things get really busy they’ve had to cancel the Iron Kids though because of the uh hot conditions so I mean just look at this stunning right [Music] heat heat [Music] heat [Music] heat [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] good morning guys day three today is race brief in English which we did this morning on my way to the press conference now and then pro race brief and bike checking later on uh weather is a little bit better today it’s not as hot it’s not as uh overcast and on the whole it’s looking pretty good it’s slightly slightly cooler about 26° 27 so hopefully tomorrow race day will be uh better as well [Music] thank you so you are professional trans [Music] [Music] so if you want to know what 3,000 bicycles looks like I’ve seen this before but this is amazing like just look at all of these bicycles it’s madness I tell you [Music] [Music] my mother [Music] good morning everyone welcome to race day uh busy just walking down to the swim start with the boys and getting ready um yesterday was a good day bike checking was cool um yeah it was it was a bit more of a relaxed day I think did the uh race brief for the age groupers in the morning really early like just before 9:00 and then did the pro race brief at about 12 i check in in the afternoon so yeah feeling pretty rested ready to go cuz it’s not about me it’s about the uh the athletes taking on 226 km today 140.6 miles let’s go swim start good luck to everyone racing today it’s going to be amazing [Music] [Music] [Music] that is so cool i love it i love it i don’t think I’ve ever seen a crowd this big look look look at how far Look how far it goes back there it’s absolutely amazing and that and it’s on both sides as well and then if you look up there guys France rocking [Music] Hey [Music] [Music] Heat heat [Music] yeah heat [Music] [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] heat up here [Music] let’s [Music] go see [Music] the key [Music] yo young man heat up here [Music] ladies and gentlemen [Music] ladies and gentlemen your first woman on the with some noise in your lead let’s go [Applause] [Music] heat heat [Music] hey brother come on [Music] [Music] heat heat [Music] [Music] heat up [Applause] [Music] here [Applause] [Music] iron Man please put your hands together you are an Iron Man well done you are an Iron Man from Portugal you are an Iron Man alex [Music] [Applause] okay let’s do this um we’ve got uh maybe 2 hours 2 hours or so to go until we finish uh wow man it’s been an amazing day so many athletes so many people the Iron Man France team have been amazing j Style brilliant steve brilliant um Coco Coron fantastic just a couple hours to go till the last down the finish line [Music] [Applause] [Music] heat heat yeah heat [Music] heat heat [Music] what a finish line [Music] i’m about to go deeper [Music] what yes the first time she does a triathlon it’s an Iron Man wow look at that you are an Iron Man you are the finish line put your hands together going to make you feel like a hero like a champion you are [Music] in the air [Music] you are an Iron Man united Kingdom and New York let’s go let’s go let’s go let’s go let’s go come on people let’s go let’s go let’s go let’s go let’s go [Music] okay this is a bit random but there is a open library right next to the finish line you can basically open it up take a book read it bring it back put it back that is so cool i love that that is so cool [Music] [Music] music let’s go [Music] my last one here we go [Music] hey thanks for watching this YouTube video and to those of you who’ve subscribed and liked the video thank you so much if you haven’t subscribed yet we’d appreciate it it’s enormously helpful always great to share some content with you and there’s more to come [Music]
