I'm planning a bikepacking/bike touring trip in August, and the plan is to go from Malmö to Linköping via Vetlanda (visiting family).
The route I've identified on the Sweden by Bike website is to take Skåneleden to Kristianstad then switch to Sverigeleden and take the South Sweden Trail basically the rest of the way to Linköping.
Does anyone have any experience with this route? I would prefer a route that is somewhat free from cars and has some beautiful nature views. I'm set up to go on gravel, so that won't be an issue if I need to do that. I'm also set up for camping, but wouldn't be opposed to being somewhat close to civilization if I need to stay in a hostel for a night.
I'm also open to alternative routes that may not be on this website.
Curious to know everyone's thoughts.
