Planning a Land's End to John O'Groats bike tour with a friend in the future. Deciding on a route between the more typical west coast of Emgland route or along the spine of England.
Trying to avoid traffic as much as possible and would prefer more scenic views, hence my initial thoughts are the spine route (over the peak district, Yorkahire Dales and Northumberland).
Love to get some advice from those that have done it before and any other tips/pointers you can give us.
