I’m hoping some of ya’ll may be able to ID this frame or share your hunches. Maybe French or British? I know almost nothing about vintage road bikes but I scooped this up from a metal scrapper yesterday. Steel frame, feels light to me. Weirds aluminum fork, and the stem makes me think French? Dunno! Thank you for any clues!
