so we’ve arrived here at the Riverside Park in Worcester the river 7 South key area and I’m going to take you around now the Riverside Park on the diglas zone so let’s go nice gentle Jiggy jog today around the beautiful River 7 here in Worcester all right yeah right did you do any like have right all right no first kilometer 5 minutes 19 it’s pretty windy right now head wind coming at me so I don’t know how this sounds on the old video right now but I’m sure you can hear the wind or not hear the wind depending on whether my Gadget is picking it up I have got a wind protector on it so hopefully it’s working but it is pretty strong winds get away that way MO answer me don’t know if you can hear this on the video but to my left is the one of the many River 7 weers see that go that is 5:28 on the second kilometer 5 minutes 28 seconds nice and easy as you can probably hear from my voice I’m not straining at all as I call it a nice easy Jiggy jog as part of the long slow run on a Sunday always run it slow in my opinion but 99% of us we don’t need to do any sessions or marathon pace just nice and easy again we now this is known as diglas Basin or behind me it’s diglas Basin and right now Under Foot it’s very muddy and slippery because a little over a week ago this was all underwater totally flooded so it brings on a lot of mud and silt onto the paths and uh yeah it seems to be a lot more than normal in fact when I was running here um only the other day I’m guessing because it was frozen over that it wasn’t as slippery and muddy as this um it seems a bit bizarre there’s a lot of mud here now very slippery under fooot anyway I’m back to the clear this section the council do come out and clean the paths here um but clearly have not got to uh that section there now on clean path and there you can see right in front of me the beautiful River 7 morning and we’re just about to go over lock number one of the Birmingham and Worster Canal yes so it says Birmingham 58 locks here we go there’s the canal over the bridge 30 Mi to Birmingham that sign T which if you watched my previous video I did catch the train to Birmingham and walked all the way back to here and Beyond back to the Church of the runners the McD 13 and 1 half hours it took me oh watch has just bleeped 3 km 5 minutes 27 so nice and easy and steady for your information I’m not looking at my watch checking Pace I am running purely on feel and right now I feel good now for some people a jiggy jog Pace might be quicker than this pace and for some it may be slower than this pace it’s all about how you feel and being conversational sometimes I have the benefit of the camera so I can talk to myself right now if you can hear me talking comfortably then it’s a jiggy do and w you what was just went WR was head up son and we are now coming to the end of this Riverside Park run not a park run but the Riverside Park run so that is 3.89 KM 21 minutes I’ve just paused it here I’m at finish and there go all the birds in formation pigeon Patrol thank you for watching if you enjoyed this give it a thumbs up subscribe and all that jazz share it with your friends what a beautiful location this is and yes for your information the people over there is the Rowing Club of Birmingham University see you later guys [Music] a

My first run back in the UK should hopefully be around this very same route.😀😀
Such a nice route 🦦
Cheers Donato. Good video. Looks a fantastic route. Bet it would be even better when the sun is shining.
Ps. The wind protector did a fine job.
