After filing my claim for the battery issue on Jan 6th, I finally received the replacement 900wh battery from my Spectral ON.
I’m glad they were able to remediate my issue but man that seemed to have taken forever. Haven’t ridden for quite some time but can’t wait to get back on the trails.
