All filmed with an Insta360 x5 camera, some in a chest mount, and some on the end of a 3 metre selfie stick which you can see appears as a shadow when the sun comes out in one clip in the video.
It was taken on a mix of bumpy sand and soft sand on Weston-super-Mare beach in the UK.
