Embark on an unforgettable cycling journey along the stunning Atlantic coast of Portugal! 🌊🚴♂️
We started our adventure on the ocean promenade in Figueira da Foz, climbing up to the iconic Cabo Mondego viewpoint for sweeping views of the coast. From there, we passed the historic Farol do Cabo Mondego lighthouse and continued along a forest trail to reach the breathtaking Miradouro Murtinheira, offering panoramic vistas of the vast Atlantic.
Next, we rode to the scenic Miradouro da Bandeira, where the true challenge began — a steep downhill trail designed for MTB riders, leading us to Cascata de Quiaios. Sadly, the summer heat had dried out the waterfall, but the adventure didn’t stop there.
We crossed a mountain pass and followed the wild coastline back to Figueira da Foz, completing a loop packed with nature, challenge, and epic views.
