we start in Charlotte at Mount Pho you can hike or drive to the top and once you’re there you’ll get wide views of the Champlain Valley and Lake Champlain especially nice at sunset just down the road Shelurn Farms offers walking trails historic barns and gardens all along the lake part of a working farm heart education center and a great spot for a peaceful morning in downtown Burlington stroll the Church Street Marketplace busy by day with shoppers and cafes and just as lively at night with live music outdoor dining and street performers in Burlington the waterfront is full of options take a bike ride along the lakeside path stop at Echo Ley Center hop on a lake cruise or just find a bench and enjoy the view heading north you’ll find the Colchester Causeway a bike path built on an old rail bed that stretches out over Lake Champlain
