Backflip, Tailwhip, Spin, landing backwards… it’s called a FLAIR WHIP TO FAKIE. Kevin Peraza landed this most insane technical trick in front of a full crowded skatepark with all of the PRO BMX riders and Riding legends cheering him on. The whole skatepark went crazy when we saw him land this massive jump. I rode from 13-27yo. Mainly street. I have 23 trophies from comps. It's good to see it still going. Matt hoffman Dave, mirra, and the butcher were my favorites then. I remember hanging with friends and watching the animal videos after a long day of riding. I rode an S&M PBR with edwin Grips a 25-9 sprocket setup. S&M slam bars Chris King headset. Oddesy stem. Profile crank and bearings. Shadow chain. Animal tires at 110 psi. I had sun wheels. Which were not great, but they did the trick they were double wall. Those were the days. Staying up late lacing my wheels and / or truing them. Ran, no brakes. Butcher peggs only on the right side, and i would spin right even though i should have gone left being right-handed. It messed with people.
