welcome back This is the infamous route from London to Windsor It is 100k It’s a beautiful day It is shining nicely There is not much wind We’re going to give it maximum There’s a beautiful calf there with some famous buns We are on the SLA today I’m going to review these scope wheels that you keep asking about as well We’ve got Mitch back in the vlogs Let’s go 3% lighter 1% stiffer Man’s flat out Oh looking forward to today Nice bit of weather Got the clicking back It’s a zone two for me today 3 4 hours Keep it light I’ve been doing a lot of intervals which I’ll talk to you about as we get on this ride but it’s beautiful He’s got 312 top on Always done the cycle It’s all I’m going on about this My only claim to fame Yeah Done 312 Yeah That racing crap Just Ma 312 Yeah Pure 312 Yeah Bigger than all of France Yeah This temp’s path is absolutely beautiful So nice down here for a stop I may as well be sponsored by this place at this point The amount of money I spent here but Mitch is going to pick up some gels I’m going to have a pee and then I’m going to talk to you about my Scope wheels Scope airte wheels What do we think of them after probably over 1,000 km on them now first up they’re flipping noisy which depends if you like that or not cuz they’re really noisy But I know that can change depending on the hub you’ve got what spokes you run all that type of thing You’ve got some really thin arrowshaped spokes which are absolutely awesome You’ve got the fish scale waves on here which again provide you a bit more arrow supposedly which makes sense for my racing career cars in Formula 1 that would cut through the air more Um and they’re light and they’re fast especially on the flat But what I would say is compared to the Zip well the Zip Fire Cast 44s I had they’re definitely stiffer to ride I would say you feel the bumps a bit more in them Even though I’m running the 32 tires um not inches like I used to say but 32 mil tires But yeah I really can’t fault them They’re awesome Punctures been fine They feel fast Super fast on the flat They climb well I’ve had no problems climbing with them although I’m not the fastest climber And they just look sick So yeah I definitely recommend them They’re sort of mid high tier price range I guess Not Princeton price but more expensive than zips But yeah they look absolutely awesome The only one thing I would say I’ve caught some big wind in these off lorries and it’s nearly threw me off a few times So I go careful if you live somewhere really windy But yeah that’s the scopes Just reviewed the scope wheels I wanted to do a noise test You hold this Ooh Okay I’m going to Yeah I’m going to hold my ears as well Yeah cuz if you So they’re super noisy Bear in mind But I was basically saying they’re light They’re fast They look cool with the fish aren’t they do you like the fish scales yeah scales are nice Scales are nice Yeah definitely make them unique and stand out They are I was saying they do catch the wind more than the zips And I would say they’re more harsh to ride than the zips but other than that I think um yeah must recommend wheel What did you get anything just gels Gels Uh yeah I’m talking about a new stem Swapping out for a proper specialized stem but beautiful 30k in I don’t like that climb there These beautiful polo fields Absolutely beautiful King comes to play polo So this is it The infamous Windsor This is where the beautiful buns are So let’s get in and show you what all the fuss is about Are we donut in or buns uh got to go Got to go cinnamon We got to go to the buns Got to go cinnamon Thank you What can I get for you so this is what all the fuss are about This is why everyone rides two wins for this massive literally a bum the size of my head I actually think it’s better than donut So that was the delicious Windsor bun That is what you ride here for That’s the only reason you ride here because the flat roads are flat It’s sunny Flat fast and really holy But it’s worth it now Okay this flying Let’s go This beautiful down here past the temps again on the way back Just went to join a road where we left off We are back where we begun Boom That was what you got i got 103k 90k 30 kph About 10k home Yeah 100k Hope you enjoyed the winds of bun run They’re definitely worth it Mhm Definitely the weather and the bikes for it You always seem to come back faster though Must be the buns Till next time It’s always the buns Always the buns Always the buns
