      Bro i am working at Decathlon Sports and in want to say u something if anything happens to your bike while servicing if any major cut or crack occurs on your bike then how can we fix it if it has a quality not according to us how can we give you waranty on that bike if it's other than ours

      Also their android app is shit. I cancelled an order and they didn't refund till now. Order is still in processing state even though I cancelled. Loss of 5.5k 😢

      Bhai ye to wahi baat ho gayi ap bole rahe hai ki Apple wale mo dikkat hai ki vo apni iPhone hi thik karte hai android nahi.
      They don’t repair because it will be hard to find parts for lots of cycle because obviously the demand will increase if the say yes to repair all bicycles

      Sorry but that is not a negative point…. They are maintain a brand…….in such a big business company has many legal contract and in India…. Consumer laws are strict… You are young and not aware of competition of market and unethical legal wars of brands.

      I have riverside 500 with 9(rear)x1 and now after 3 yrs of use have to change gear components due to wear and tear. Pls suggest decathlon ka microshift ka karu ya shimano acera pe upgrade karu .
