Projet d’Innovation Industrielle d’année 4 (PI²4) du cycle ingénieur ESILV, 2024-2025.
Le dispositif du Curious Lab’ porté par le Département des Hauts-de-Seine vise l’émulation et l’intelligence collective entre des professionnels de la fonction publique et plus particulièrement les agents des communes, et les étudiants du supérieur.
Dans ce cadre, la commune de Levallois-Perret a soumis un projet concernant la lutte contre le bruit en ville. Depuis plusieurs années, la Ville mène une réflexion globale autour de cet enjeu, en insistant sur l’identification des sources de bruit, tout en cherchant d’accentuer l’acceptation et l’adaptation auprès de la population. Ce projet est par ailleurs traité de manière évolutive chaque année avec le dispositif du Curious Lab’.
Les attentes sont la réalisation d’un document accessible pour tous pour objectiver les nuisances ressenties en ville et sensibiliser les habitants sur leur acceptabilité, la réalisation d’une étude comparative sur les politiques de gestion du bruit et les actions pour les réduire et en favoriser l’acceptabilité sur d’autres territoires, et enfin, réaliser un bilan des actions déjà mises en oeuvre, ou en projet. Cette partie pourra également contenir la proposition de
nouvelles actions concrètes et innovantes.

hello so our project concerns the fights against noises in the city of Leo Pere and more specifically noises linked to the mobility in Europe 5 million people suffer from insomnia due to noises so we’re going to look at existing solution our ideas and how to get them accepted for the benchmark we looked at all of the towns in the parla defa so 11 in total we focused on actions already taken in terms of public transport cars bicycles pedestrian zones and green spaces we offer different solutions to reduce noise in the city by controlling ourful behavior with some measures or radars it’s also possible to appease the city by creating quiet areas or by managing traffic on the street in an optimized way operate don’t use AI to manage traffic or noise they focus on traditional solutions but many of these tools are expensive and slow to install but they could become the future with the advancements in AI that’s why we suggest starting with Google Green light or far links to optimize traffic lights then noise monitoring maybe with Svenet AI and in the distant future a custom AI system in order to improve the acceptability of noise management measures it is essential to clearly explain the proposed actions which is why we have developed several communication tools the exhibition day will allow residents of Lalwa to understand the effects of noise on health and exchange with experts in addition visuals such as posters and flyers have been created to make information more accessible finally comics were used to approach the subject in a playful way and engage residents visually
