Asking too much honestly. I can easily find carbon road bikes with a Shimano 105 groupset, brand new for around $1,900-$2,400. Not to mention that the drivetrain needs some TLC. I would negotiate around $1,600 for starters.

I’m in agreeance at $1600. My buddy just sold his SL6 (what this is) with Di2 Ultegra for $2500.
To say its overpriced at $2500 is an understatement. That price is a non-starter. This group set can be purchased *new* for around $600. Those are $200 wheels (I’ve owned and sold them twice). And the frame is nothing special. Maybe worth a $1000 on its own.
Sum of parts here in *new* condition is like $1800. And this is a used bike.

That bike could be bought for around $3000 to $3500 when brand new. It is 2 generation old now as there is the SL6 and they now are selling the SL8. I think $2500 is too high. I also never trust anyone when they demand a higher price because a bike was “barely used”. Either they are lying, or if not then it often means the bike was left neglected in the back of the garage gathering dust and needs work done to get it back into riding condition. Judging by the amount of grit they can be seen on the drivetrain side chain-stay then my scepticism appears to be very apt.

Maybe – just.. is it an absolute steal? No.
