We are trying to understand what is and what is in a yellow card so we have a look at a few finishes And see where one instance very similar to the next get the yellow card and the other one doesn’t I think the ride is as well as the fans we all just want some consistency.

what’s up and welcome this is in sleep rich legs media i appreciate you for joining in today i hope you hit the like button and be much appreciated if you subscribe to the channel so we’re going to get into this we’re going to get into this yellow card the deviation what is and what isn’t a yellow card and what is what isn’t deviation so we’re going to look at a couple different incidents and you know then we’re going to leave it up for well I’m going leave it up for interpretation for yourselves but for me it’s clearcut and I dry what it is and what it isn’t so let’s start off with my man Ruie Oliver who got his win taken from away from him because they said he deviated and and he did I’m I’m going to he did deviate but he didn’t deviate to the extent that we’re going to see in the examples that we have from three other different races two which act actually uh resulted in act actual like you know disciplinary actions and then one that didn’t so it’s crazy so it’s like it’s and and these are like all recent incidents and this is all incidents from this year so the the problem is it’s just the inconsistency in the in the in the governing of what is and what is a yellow card so let’s get into it um I could keep you waiting like I said in Save your legs me appreciate you for tuning in and here’s the first in this is this is Ruy Oliver so Ru Aliva is coming into this this it’s stage two or stage three stage two of the of the uh tour of Slovenia so we’re going to take it back just a little bit and just in case you missed it so as they come in uh his name is Christian he’s going to get on the front he’s going to he’s going to get it going ruy Oliver is going to come from behind him and he’s going to be he’s got more speed so he’s coming past him so and and this is basically how I see it he has more speed he’s coming past him he sort of rides over towards him he does not ride over to cut him off like if you watch Jasper Phillips Yasper Philipsson rides you into the barrier there’s no question about it uh M the the the kid from the 31 36.5 I think is Muskiato or whatever his name is he he he he rode olive and he got hit you know olive olive koi into the barracks and he got relegated so that was like clear cut and joy there was no ifs and ends or buts about that and as you’re going to see okay let’s let’s run the tape now here comes Ru Aliver he’s coming past him he’s got way more speed and he rides over towards him he’s already passed him he’s already passed him and he’s riding over to him and he was not coming back and the judges can clearly see he did not impede him he’s impeding him if he’s coming from behind him and he’s coming past him and trying to come past him we’re going to see we’re going to see in another incident one of Vinnie and G where he’s actually coming past him and he gets impeded but nothing happens to the rider so Christian was being passed and he protested like that he he got stuff from the sprint he was he didn’t get stuff from the sprint his sprint was done he let the sprint out it was all over and he he was beat and he should have just settled for the beat but he protested and then he they gave him let’s look at it one more time and they they gave him the the the win over Ryu Oliver ruy Aliva that would have been his first win and it’s just crazy how they did the man like that so we’re going to just play it one more time where are you two come on baby so if I remove you bring you back bring you back to the stage and are we playing no we’re not playing it is playing but not on the screen okay so we’ll come back to that one let’s remove that one so now we’re going to go to an incident that actually happened just recently and this is where you’re going to see his name is Paul from Guru Palama FDG and I too bad you can’t see my click or arrow but basically he’s at at the bottom of the screen and he’s just in front of Bogotaa uh the yellow jersey is just in front of Patcha and he’s going to he’s trying to get to the wheel of Jonathan Milan which is to his left and then he’s got a rider to his right now you’re going to There’s all types of action going on in this one so first he’s bumping the with the Alperson rider you can see him headbutting the Elison rider and now he’s on the wheel and now you now see he’s going back again with the Elvis rider and then then he’s going to go left to do do the right i believe it’s Bah and Victoria’s now they’re going back and forth now the only thing is only thing about this that I don’t like is that they just penalized Paul and both riders both riders were giving it giving it the best to each other and I think that one last so there’s that was a blatant you know for like he basically could have put Paul into the barrier and and hurt him pretty bad you know like and that that’s the thing and he didn’t get he doesn’t get penalized for that so that that’s that incident so now we’re going to look at this incident with uh Benny and and uh his name is Ethan Vernon from Israel Premier Attack let’s take it back just a little bit so now this one is crazy so you got Ethan running who’s just in front of BM G so if you go full rider for the rider right the rack the rider that’s on the front and you go four rider backs four riders back that is e Ethan Vernon and then just to the rear like right of of Ethan is beanie basically just got shoved out of the way by Ethan Ethan came in and just divebombed him out of the way and which is crazy so let’s let’s play the tape and just see what happens so now Ethan’s going to get in it with this rider here these two riders are basically trying to get the wheel of Milan who’s starting a sprint now the ideal position for Binnie is to be on Milan’s wheel cuz Binnie is actually the only rider here that can live with Milan and give Milan a run for his money but because Binnie is so far back he doesn’t have a chance he’s too far away you can’t give a rider like Milan that much space so he’s sort of out of the running the only thing only hope Binnie has now is to get on the podium so now you’re going to see Ethan running it’s going to go back and forth with the rider that’s next to him so he he he jams him up he sees what he’s done and he’s like “Well there’s there’s not too much wrong with that because he Yeah the rider behind him just got himself out of position and then the rider in front of him you know didn’t see anybody coming.” So that wasn’t too bad but it was still dodgy so now Tim Tim is it Tim Malia tim Malia I was calling him Ma tim Malair is about to uh take off and start a sprint benny sees this so Benny’s going to go to the outside benny’s Benny wants to win so he knows he has to go for it so he’s going to he’s going to hit it he’s as after he gets on the wheel he’s going to see Milan is about to go so he’s going to hit it now now Binnie just got disturbed by Ethan because of Vernon because Vernon went into the Kofish rider and then the Kofish rider bumped him back and they went into it looks like to the rose i’m pretty sure I mean it’s tud to the pro cycling i’m pretty sure it’s ta pro cycling so now Binnie’s got to you know that’s more energy he’s wasted because now he’s got to make his way around the tudo rider so as Binnie gets around and he’s like he’s his target is is Tim Miller that’s his target so he sees him he’s going for him and the the thing the thing about it is the postnel rider he’s in the best position there’s nothing that Banie or Vernon can do because they’re too far back so the postal post the the picnic postnel rider is going to grab the wheel which which he should and he he does that he grabs the wheel and uh Vinnie and Ren sort of get left out in the curl but Vinnie would have definitely been on the podium had it had what about to happen so now watch Vernon benny is going past benny has more speed vernon literally holds on to Benny hooks him with his elbow stops him and the crazy thing to me is that Binnie didn’t say anything he didn’t protest after the race that’s the crazy thing to me it’s like dude go and say something so we’re going to see it again in in real time so you’re going to see Binnie coming around the right he’s on the right okay now Benny’s got a little bit of daylight binnie’s going to get disturbed by that guy so he’s got to alter his line again and then he’s going after Tim Maler’s wheel the personal rider gets the wheel and then the Ver guy just hooks him and stops him and then you know that’s pretty much put paid to you know Beanium’s chance of getting on the podium and the crazy thing is that Beanie did not go and say anything because riders like this they need to be checked man because that’s out ahead and the crazy thing is that you don’t have the like they they went they were able to see the footage the same way they examined the so you’re gonna see it again from the front bin is just going to get stopped you see you see Vinnie’s trying to go forward and he just put his elbow right in front of him and just stopped him he stopped him for what because he didn’t even get close to the he didn’t even get second or third he just faded i mean this I’m sorry Ethan but Ethan is not a sprinter this is like one place he shouldn’t have even been and and that’s one thing I used to hate when I used to race was all the guys that wanted to be in the sprint and weren’t sprinters and they knew they weren’t sprinters that was so frustrating i was a leado president i wasn’t a sprinter so I I get guys coming give me give me a lead give me a lead i’m like dude well let me give you a leader for you’re not fast enough to live with the guys that are fast i get it up for the guys that are fast so that they can they can do their thing and I did have an incident where I got it up for a teammate and he you know then I I launched him and he just died and everyone came around him and guys came to me and what what happened and what was that you know did he get a stomach hurt or something he just just died so this this this thing where everybody thinks that could be a sprint or you know it it’s just kills me man you know when the big boys are there you step down you step aside and you let the big boys do their thing and and this the eth of running man that’s just crazy man that’s just like you you can quite clearly see let’s let’s play that back again let’s let’s play that back again watch look it like Benny’s Benny’s there benny’s trying to go past and and Vernon is literally just riding into and you can see the rider from you look behind the you see the rider in the red helmet and you look right behind in the you can see the Albbertson rider looking looking and watching like what’s going on you can see the like you know what the heck’s going on and then he’s like literally you know and the the the good thing is that everyone stayed up because when you pull on someone’s arm that steers them you know one way or the other and he’s like sprinting like he’s going to do something and he ended up he didn’t even he I think he just about made the top 10 he’s like ninth or something all of that for ninth place that’s crazy and he basically took away Benny’s podium position that’s what he basically took Benny’s podium position but anyway that’s that’s um my thing on the yellow card it’s just crazy that uh you know what you know leave your comments people what do you think man i mean it’s it’s I understand them wanting to crack down on the the all of the the the wild riding and stuff but I just think there needs to be some consistency if they’re going to do what’s good for the goose is good for the ganda i mean so Ethan Vernon got away and and if someone sees this they need to go i don’t even care like you know it’s go it’s It’s just not cool man it’s just not cool it’s not on and uh yeah it’s just not cool and it’s not on anyway and it’s slight media hope that you enjoyed that and I’m going to try and bring
