come with me to Lago di braies on an electric bike!

We drove from Verona to Brunico on the Friday evening and stayed there, then got up bright and early the next morning to get the train from Casteldarne to Monguelfo. From there we cycled 30 minutes up to the lake and spent the whole day there; we walked around the lake, which only takes about an hour and then had a packed lunch and relaxed. Then we fuelled ourselves with a beer and a coffee for the 2 and a half hour cycle down the mountain back to Brunico.

highly recommend this as a day trip or overnight trip if you are visiting Verona or anywhere in north Italy!!

[Music] [Music] there’s church bells no matter where you go in Italy in the morning half past the hour and on the hour Good morning from Brunico I’m back at Wendy’s house Uh I did a video about this last year in winter in the Dolmmites We went for like a walk and um I think it was called Laguan Traversa and it was beautiful full of snow I’m back No snow Everything’s very green It’s very fresh And I’m really excited because today we are going to Lago de Bayas I’ve never been It’s been on my bucket list of places to go since I moved here And it’s only 30 minutes by car from Wendy’s house which is in Brunico And we are not driving by car We are taking electric bikes I’m so excited It’s about a 2 and 1/ half hour bike ride which is actually the longest bike ride I’ve ever done in my life I’ve never done a long bike ride I am wearing the least sexiest shorts They have this little bum pad And I was just saying to Wendy before that cycling is not a sexy sport But 2 hours in a bike you have to wear some padding So right now it’s 7:30 I’m making us some sandwiches some some like tomato mozzarella sandwiches so that we’ve got some lunch when we get there We’re going to get a train for a portion of the way there so that we can reserve some energy We’re going to cycle for the second half and then we are going to cycle all the way back I’ve got the drone got the GoPro So yeah I’ll
