I'm looking for a good tutorial (preferably video) on how to remove the rear wheel on the 12-speed T Line. I'm trying to do this to more aggressively clean the sprockets and prepare the drive chain for a fresh chain waxing. I've searched the official Brompton video resources, but surprisingly, I couldn't find any videos specifically covering this process for the T Line model for the 12 speed.
I did come across this excellent video from Brilliant Bikes, which walks through the rear wheel removal on what looks like a standard derailleur-equipped 12 speed Brompton (but not a T line). It was helpful, but I'm not sure if the steps apply fully to the T Line, which I assume may have some slightly different components and construction (?).
Does anyone know of:
- A tutorial specifically for the T Line 12-speed rear wheel removal?
- Or, can confirm whether the Brilliant Bikes method still works as-is?
I'm still a newbie to bike mechanics and don't want to fiddle with my T line and mess up any parts / fittings. Any advice or links would be hugely appreciated. TIA!
