I scored this at a yard sale and spent an afternoon cleaning it up.
Is it worth hanging onto the OEM toe cages, canti brake pads, Ground Control tires(disintegrating), for original spec/period-correctness? If this bike were to have any value to a collector, it is mandatory to keep all the original, decrepit consumable parts?
I sure love the bike for obvious reasons but I'm already pressured to downsize the quiver rather than add to it.
