good morning it’s day five of the bike tour and I’ve changed my shirt look I have been washing the other shirt every day honestly but today I thought I’d give this one a run out and see what it’s like to cycle in it’s about 36° today so I suspect it’s just going to feel warm no matter what I wear anyway here we go speak in a bit bye well that was a hot one I have to say so ended up in a place called Aion and found a room for €30 a night so that’ll do let me show you around i’ve got a choice of beds uh TV and over here there is a fridge and hot plate which may or may not work can you see it there you go and a shower bathroom so it’s only about 50 km done during the day uh but that was enough I think and I will take it easy now it’s about 3:00 and we’ll see what happens tomorrow bye
