Just picked this up today over 4 hours to pick it up
1943 WARDS HAWTHORNE women’s bicycle
Previous owner found it in a barn and he said that owner said it had been sitting in the same spot for many many years so long the tires were like concrete he said so he got brand new ones and had them put on and unfortunately I do think it’s missing the rear kickstand if I’m not mistaken 🤔 he said it’s completely original but I did do some digging and some came with this type and other behind the rear tire 🤷🏼♂️ the light and horn still work like brand new although it’s missing the headlight glass I’m not sure if I could potentially find that or not I will do some more digging and find out oh almost forgot the rear hub is also a little loose I’m hoping I can remove the rear wheel and can fix it
