Any ideas what year/model this may be? Haven't been able to find an exact match online.
As I understand it, Merciers in general aren't considered the best quality… Love the look of the frame but would it even be worth fixing up? I'm also aware that it's a pain finding components for these old French bikes.
I can just make out a stamped number on the badge: 279125
Unfortunately it is missing some decals as well.
