cambridge is beautiful dude look how nice this is yo just casually biking along luckily the ebike still works without the chain being on but I’m not touching the chain right now because I’ll get dirty hands it’s just turned 6:00 we can go online and there’s an incentive at the moment with Uber Eats oh of course I have to take a picture of myself never mind there’s an incentive that uh when you’re in the center of Cambridge which we’re heading to now you get £1 extra on top of the normal delivery so let’s go into the center and let’s try and get some stuff dude here we go big day oh wow okay what’s this we got one coming in already it’s for 23 minutes for £4 23 minutes for £4 no I’m not going to do not going to do it i feel like there’s going to be a better one 23 minutes for £4 i mean that guy’s got to call me by oh my god another one jeez £4 again okay maybe I should wait until I get in the center christ so busy though oh my god there’s so many jesus okay maybe I should just do one of these one order £4 pound50 all right we just got a cake one that popped up there’s like 15 orders that popped up so quick oh my god we’re picking up a cake oh I got the wrong way turn around back this way picking up a cake and it’s a 20-minute drive for £4 you know i’m just going to do it to warm up i should probably go into the center i didn’t realize what I was doing i may have accepted one that’s outside of the boundaries i’m a genius let’s go £4 20 minutes definitely not worth it we’ll make it worth it just got another one coming an extra 1.72 to go plus 0.3 mi chicken cottage yeah I guess so let’s do it okay so cake shop first here we go so effortless dude okay we’re going to lock our bike up quick dig in the cake shop hey something like that that’s fine that’s locked up a it that’s locked up nice keep the key massive cake here we go hello hello picking up an order for Bassel bassel bassin bassin uh just one yeah no worries all right the cake is rattling around in my bag i need to secure that a bit better in the future not bad look at beautiful day as well cambridge dude apparently we’re arriving let’s have a look chicken cottage oh okay i’m picking up this one first christ I don’t even know what I’m doing after picking up the cottage one okay chicken cottage for Jasmine all right let’s go thank you oh loads of drinks as well croy right is there any chance I could have a double bag or is it going to be okay i don’t want it to break thank you very much oh perfect amazing have a good day all right off on our voyage i literally have 100,000 things we going dude here we go okay so we got 10 minutes to the first person i don’t even know who we’re going to first who we going to first we’re going to Jasmine first jasmine first i guess another massive dinner then back to the cake man it’s time for an Uber shift hopefully it’ll be fun he’s got a few items so far and it bloody weighs a ton realizing that I’m just driving on a bus lane without even clocking it got all the food on my back not bad bro don’t have this with me on Kings you know we don’t have bash tracks bro i had to lift my bike over this fence literally weighs about 30 kg oh no now my chain’s off oh no oh god i’m a knobhead what is happening my chain’s off this is not what we want right now luckily the ebike still works without the chain being on but I’m not touching the chain right now because I’ll get dirty hands i want to keep my hands like clean i don’t want dirty hands but the ebike still works so it’s good not bad though don’t know how I could be so stupid and go on the bus lane then what the hell am I doing literally so dumb i could have just like got hit by a bus that’s definitely going to go down in uh the stupid diary for me christ 3 minutes until we’re there and it feels like the chain has magically clicked back on i don’t know what the hell’s going [Applause] on these are nice flats this is quite a long bike you know it’s taking me like 15 20 minutes to get here all of the food i just realized we’re literally in Trumpington which is like 15 minutes away from the center i’m having a terrible trip so far okay I’m arriving here we go where are they let’s find out you at the door take a picture okay 50 50 27 19 is it over here uh it’s 50 in here it’s been double bag just in case it uh broke in half didn’t you and uh I don’t know if I need a code or anything do I get on the phone if you need a code let’s have a check quick yeah get her on the phone there was an instruction to leave a picture so I might need to take a picture of you that’s okay i had a really awkward moment one time and just my pants one time can I take a photo i was like I guess yeah half naked go for it yeah why not okay great all right thanks a lot i don’t need anything have a good night well that dude was super cool dude okay now we’ve got Basil dropping off a cake for the cake monster it’s bloody goal that guy was so nice he was like uh he had an awkward moment once where a delivery driver needed to take a picture and he was standing there like half naked in his underwear and he was like “Yeah go for it mate.” I like it when people like that and they just don’t care not self-conscious bro plus he was absolutely huge all right almost at the second place this has taken about 20 minutes and it should be roughly about £5.76ish for the 20 minutes so that’s not that’s not too bad it’s taking me longer because obviously I went on the bus lane and my chain came off and uh I’m just making excuses let’s go pin required ah right here just park it here let’s go let’s go let’s go hello cake there you go do you have the code 7868 7868 thank you so much have a good day enjoy your cake oh nice one smiley people let’s get out of here before she realized the cake’s splitting off i’m joking okay that was cool we did another one uh but this time we’re going to go back into the center of Cambridge before I accept anymore actually I’m thinking maybe I just stay online because there may be one nearby but then I need to be in that hot zone £3 extra by completing three deliveries oh I’ve already done two okay it counts no matter what okay nice let’s go so I can just go back online now then let’s go I think i’m not even sure let’s go let’s go to the center anyway take me there Wendy’s i think I’ve realized I actually really like the longer ones cuz it’s like a nice bike ride and when I’ve got like uh when I have to keep doing little stops and things locking my bike up doing this do like it becomes a bit tedious so I like the longer ones that are like a 10 15 minute bike away i’ll be back when I get a new order 10 minutes to the center i’m so stupid coming outside here oh I’m learning this is my second ever shift doing this by the way so if you’re wondering why I’m so bad it’s because of that but I’m still having a good time and so far we made six pound in like 30 minutes so it’s not really the best but then when we get the extra £3 that will make up for it I think okay we’re almost back in the center now uh if an order comes through now I’ll probably accept it hopefully it won’t be 25 30 minutes for £350 or something like that where’s like my £6 for 10 minutes that would be sick [Music] ebike supreme ambulance is flying past busy Friday night tonight oh what was that noise oh yeah yeah £3 for 17 minutes like do I need to do that is that what I need to accept surely not right am I being stupid by declining this cuz I’m not getting I don’t know is that like someone tell me is that is that is that not a lot is that good is that normal that seems crazy it’s taking me like completely out of the center again h am I doing something wrong probably i just had another one pop up 20 23 minutes McDonald’s for £4 honest burgers 15 minutes for £3 like is that you know I’m just going to I’m just going to take it dude 15 minutes for £3 that seems wild but I’m just going to do it because like I keep declining them and I feel like I’m doing something wrong dude it’s a burger as well one minute away like I’m only accepting this one now because I know that I’ll get the extra £3 pound on top of it so it kind of makes it worth it 15 minutes but also it’s been an hour and I’ve only been really offered one i got offered that £5.71 for like 20 minutes and then since then it’s been like £3 for like 25 minutes like is is that worth it i don’t know maybe it’s the only ones I’m getting is Uber Eats like that normally oh so I’m picking up from a burger place which is this one here I think let’s lock this bad boy up quick locking a wheel up is a bit bad isn’t it well we’ll lock it we’ll lock the frame to this thing steal that you bastards no please don’t actually please don’t super busy at the front door here is there a back door picking up for Ray hello sir where do I pick up the uh wait yeah yeah oh is that the one is it for Rasa yes thank you so much what is it reset four for me thank you sir take it easy you too that was a speedy pickup that’s what I like to see boom straight out i wonder was £3 let’s go and now Rasa is 8 minutes away that’s perfect that’s This is literally like the ideal delivery apart from the money £3 but it’s okay oh is that another one tortilla nah 7 minutes for £1 it’s not worth it is it it’s not worth it am I going crazy or is that not worth it 7 minutes for £1 like if you’re going to give me that give me at the same place and I don’t mind i’m not going back to lock up my bike i don’t know would you guys accept that 7 more minutes for just £1 probably not right i can see why Uber Eats are doing these incentives because they pay bloody nothing i bet Deliveroo is way better that’s why I can’t uh sign up to them at the moment cuz they’re so busy but Cambridge is beautiful dude look how nice this is yo dude speeding look at this bit here so pretty going to die ah this is so nice this is what Cambridge is all about king’s College oh plus one mile sainsbury’s plus 15 minutes you know I’m just going to just accept them at this point I think 15 minutes i I’ll accept it screw it let’s go reroute me sainsburs it should be quicker on my bike though cuz I go faster than the average biker uh I don’t know we’ll see so Sainsbur’s pick up an extra £3 let’s just get six done so we can get that extra six pound you know what I’m saying dude it’s like really hot tonight it’s like 20° or something even though the weather looks a bit crap go to retriever let’s go all right let’s go to sainsburries sainsbur’s pickups are here i like sainsburries cuz it’s literally pickups right there start locking this guy’s bike to me as well excuse me that would be funny if I accidentally locked his bike oh oh I thought I did then i thought I locked his bike to mine oh my god look how many items jesus you know what that was my mistake i didn’t realize how many items there was i saw how many items there was i saw how they were slow in there i can’t wait like 25 minutes this This person’s expecting there chicken canceled it waste of time bro all right so we probably just wasted about 5 minutes of time but you know it could have easily been an easy pickup could have been like two items probably should have checked it i’m going the wrong way this shift is just terrible i’m literally the worst delivery driver ever making all the wrong decisions the shift ain’t going well but that won’t stop him now he’s got six in his pocket there’s no time to sit and dwell it’s the delivery [Music] game i think I’ve arrived meet outside 7c 7c where the hell is 7C there he is that looks out yeah sorry I confused myself there i didn’t know where I was going did you get like cool burgers this place looks It was so busy in there probably why he’s ordering yeah all right have a good day we got 45 minutes left so far £1142 in an hour okay that’s not too bad an hour and 10 minutes 11 pound42 we got the extra thing if we do three more trips in this time then uh maybe I should just accept whatever and then we can get an extra£3 pound and it might be like a10 an hour that’s decent let’s go back into the center here we go you know what I find really ironic about this job for me personally i always hate touching people’s food like I used to work at a cinema i couldn’t stand making people’s hot dogs i feel so awkward touching people’s food i can’t touch people’s food so this job is like the worst but also it’s fun at the same time okay we’re getting a McDonald’s order for £567 which is good but it’s 28 minutes long and I need to do three within the next hour so I don’t know if I’ll be able to do I’ve never done a McDonald’s it’s always a first isn’t it 28 minutes though it’s taken me I know it’s taken me so far when I’m not doing that it’s taken me literally like 20 minutes out of the center and then I’ll have to come all the way back in i think that’s an unwise choice for £5 I think very tempting though very tempting i think you have to do a McDonald’s order at least once a shift right an hour in and we’re at £11 that’s That’s good i’m happy with that but that could have easily been £15 if I knew what I was doing bit better this is a learning curve i’m going to Wendy’s because uh that’s where the central part is and that’s my favorite place please give me an order from Wendy’s wendy’s is so nice the people there are always smiley and they’ve got like a pickup point so I don’t even need to lock up my bike like it’s the most convenient place to get orders wendy’s please don’t give me a £3 McDonald’s order for 28 minutes ah this is pretty here ah dudes favorite place a look at this dude this is so nice look at this so pretty round the roundabout indication and we’re off there’s a pointy thing oo Christ ooh 25 minutes for £5 mcdonald’s this is the one that I got a minute ago do I accept that as 25 minutes that’s going to take me to the end of the shift all right let’s go dude let’s do McDonald’s screw it here we go how many items is it 15,000 items three large chicken select meals christ three large chicken iced drinks large mango and pineapple smoothie oh this is going everywhere but let’s take it anyway beef patty bun Smarties this is going to be spilled everywhere okay let’s go let’s do it let’s make sure we go over all of the bumps and let’s try and spill every single one of these drinks thank you sir i didn’t want to dig him cuz he looked like he was in the middle of something and then he almost fell over so it could have been bad if I dinged him that time we need to park up and go to McDonald’s and pick up the Oh no it’s like six pound though with the extra pound so maybe it’s worth it it’s probably not a good place to park but let’s park here uh Ollie you just Yep just these two yep yeah two bags 17 minutes away okay cool did he have a I’m all for these kids having fun nights out but guys come on get the hell out of the way you know what I mean just like laughing being in the way but that’s okay cuz I know Pussio we’re about to deliver this McDonald’s bro let’s go by 15 minutes for six pound that’s That’s pretty good I think hopefully now we’re on our final delivery today we hope you enjoyed the vlog the girls really got in his way but it’s okay it’s all part of the job it’s all part of the job thinking about it now I actually live about 2 minutes away from where I’m dropping off so I might just call it there after this drop off i don’t really want to drive back in because it’s going to be the end of the 2 hours anyway it was like a really fast start to this shift and then it slowed down and I kept getting £3 deliveries for like 25 minutes and it just just doesn’t seem worth it i don’t know if you guys accept that stuff if you guys do this delivery stuff crazy i guess technically I get £4 cuz you get the extra pound but normally that would be 25 minutes for £3 with no extra thing this guy’s boobing it let’s go see I’m not sure how I feel about that but we’ll drop this one off ollie dude just left a message and said “Can you leave it at the door?” Cheers that’s pretty nice actually of course I can oh it’s smelling very green around here i’m sure you know what that means it’s Friday
