Cannondale scalpel

Hello,

I really like the Scalpel but cannot afford the new bike. I found this online for 1000Eur. There are lot of scratches on the frame and forks, which I wouldn't mind. Only thing that worries me if there is some structural damage to the frame.

What do you think? Is it worth the risk?
