Did a flatter route today, and combined with some shopping. Found a great wineshop near Gruissan. Chap definitively knew his wines!! Visited same boulevard cafe on the way out as the way back. Good cycling infrastructure.

route today was in an area east of Narbon along the coast and inland a bit we drove to the parking area of the Inter Mare in Gus and started from there many beautiful cycle paths but we went off road this is the beach front in San Pierre La Mer very decent cycle path foot pass parking space and a road i wouldn’t like to follow this cycle path on a proper race bike but on the mountain bike it’s uh it’s okay here returning in land uh it’s just southoutheast of a town the piece of ashes there is the river audi on the right hand side heat heat oh
