Stock GT Avalanche Sport, upgraded with 1×10 Microshift Sword derailleur, Absolute Black 32t oval chainring, 11-42 cassette, Shimano MT 201 brakes, blue Oneup grips, blue Oneup composite pedals, gold 10 speed chain, 2x Olight RN 400 lights, Topeak saddlebag, swapped the knobby WTB Ranger 29×2.25 for Continental Contact Urban 700×42. Cheap temu mirror. The thing rides better than new, and I’m very pleased with the progress so far.
