My partner surprised me with my first road bicycle yesterday – this gorgeous 1975 10 speed Schwinn Le Tour. He got it tuned up at a local bike shop, and it rides like a dream! I love how sturdy and solid it feels, despite the slim road tires.
It has all original components (outside of the new handlebar tape) and the older gentleman at the bike shop said everything was in really incredible condition. I can’t wait to put in some miles on this thing!
What’s the best recommended method for removing that sticker in the last photo? I’d like to remove that without damaging the paint.
