Your bike fit suck because it was done on a trainer but bikes move and you haven't re-adjusted (and re-adjusted it) it after riding. You also probably have too much drop and/or sitting too far back.

You are forgetting I have a bad bike fit AND no core strength..
The reason you don’t have core strength is because you only work the glamour muscles
I most of this time had rode with locked out arms, I ride medium being 178 cm tall and have zero intention to go large despite the advice of a LBS (I don't like the look of a bike looking bigger than the body and the seat post down) – does that mean my fit is wrong?
My fitter did a few ‘adjustments’ – I kept on bugging my local shop 😅. What the fitter didn’t take into consideration that whilst my bike might be (temporarily) an ‘entry level’, I was determined. Poor initial and second fitting only made me disappointed in self. Not the case. I recommend to invest in proper fitting – don’t settle for new bike freebie. Keep on improving yourself & happy pedaling. Thank you to many YouTube content creators, fitters, coaches etc – I’ve gained invaluable knowledge on all things road cycling. This content is worth spending all the time. ❤

Raise your bars 8 inches, that bike will be way better.
The reason your core strength sucks is the reason why your core sttength is weak. The reason your legs arent strong enough is because your legs are weak. The reason im saying this is because you arent hearing this 😂😂
My bike fit sucks for comfort, but it's great for speed! We're not designed to be bent over pedalling a bike, it's never going to be truly comfortable!

Usually the reason is the wrong bike model, buy a granny bike

I have not seen anyone talk about your legs on the bike. Like my knees were coming up too high. On my old bike and on my new one. Adjustment of the saddle to give a better fit has resulted in a return to a more aggressive posture instead of an endurance posture. But at least I am not kneeing myself in the chest.
