They do a massive amount of damage to local bike shops in Teesside, carrying out major repairs (often badly) , bad mouthing us, fixing bikes for drug dealers, ebike delivery riders, wealthy people and devaluing us, they do next to nothing to encourage walking. They stop people opening or expanding local bike shops. They do nothing for commuter cycling infrastructure. CEO gets paid £4,000 pw and they have £165 million in the bank…
