24 years have past since I moved to Devon from Hamworthy…40 years have passed since I used to ride to Poole quay with mates on our nifty fifties at 16 years of age (mine was a 1976 Honda SS50 5 speed…45mph on a flat bit of road, 5mph up a hill (probably not quite that slow but I’m pretty sure I could pedal my push bike quicker up those same hills!)) on a sunny Sunday.
Time certainly flies…unless you ride a 50cc Honda 4 stroke up a gradient!
