This is the complete descent from the summit of Mont Ventoux to the town of Malaucène by bike.
The ascent was made from Bédoin and while an iconic route, Malaucène seems prettier (the route from Sault prettier still). Bédoin is also much busier than the route seen here.
This was filmed as a 2 x hyperlapse so speed is effectively doubled in order to speed things up. The entire decent originally took around 30 minutes at standard speed. The climb was done on Saturday 24th May, 2025. The thumbnail is from the final approach to the summit (from the Bédoin side) and features one of the many freelance photographers who take your picture as you pass.
