The Midway Car Park in Newcastle-under-Lyme is being transformed into a residential development, with plans to convert the car park into 114 apartments. This includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, some of which will have recessed balconies or terraces. The project is a collaboration between Capital&Centric and shedkm and aims to create a “pioneering urban neighbourhood” Here we have one last ride around the car park before it shuts its doors for good.

LAST LOOK AROUND MIDWAY CAR PARK NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME 23rd JANUARY 2025 THE DAY IT CLOSES FOR GOOD THE CAR PARK IN NEWCASTLE WAS BUILT IN 1966 IT IS ALSO KNOWN AS THE MULTI STOREY CAR PARK OR THE MIDWAY IT WAS GOING TO BE DEMOLISHED BUT THAT WAS LATER CHANGED NOW IT IS EARMARKED TO BE TURNED INTO APARTMENTS HERE WE HAVE ONE LAST LOOK AROUND THE CAR PARK BEFORE IT CLOSES ITS GATES FOREVER THANKS FOR WATCHING

Last ride around Midway Car Park Newcastle. I will go back when it has been converted into Appartments.
In my opinion i like the new car park better because i feel its just more spacious.
