In November 2024, we left the UK with the dream of slowly cycling to India. It was our first winter on the road and we really had no idea how the cold months would go.
This film covers our time crossing into the Balkans, three months in, and realising our toughest challenges might not be physical ones.

AMAZING as ever! Winter looked like something you'll look back on in a while from now and appreciate as an incredible experience. In the cold moment, not so much😂. Inspired, ive a couple of days off this week. Heading over towards north west coast of Cumbria and have a cheeky little wild bike pack planned on the solway coast. May I ask, as I am thinking of doing a similar trip, what was the rational for setting off before winter?
I am thinking of cycling across Europe, the Stans and hopefully hitting Pamir Highway by August/September kind of time. Am I crazy to think that setting off in March from Rotterdam will get me there?

Hi guys can't beleive how beautiful Bosnia was. I left school in 1995 and a friend of mine was a generator repair guy. He got sent to Bosnia as a contractor to the uk military. Lets just say what he saw out there during the war was off the scale . Seeing Bosnia through your experience it is grsat to see it has moved on from the dark past. Superb video as usual. Best wishes.
