Now, the confidence cycle is essentially a cycle that connects our inner thoughts with our external actions. When we hold positive beliefs, we’re more likely to say yes to new opportunities and take bold and effective actions. These actions then lead to positive results which reinforce our belief that we’re capable of something further, creating an upward spiral. Now, the confidence cycle starts with number one, thoughts and beliefs. Our internal dialogue sets the stage for what happens next. If we believe we are capable or worthy, these thoughts determine how we how we view our potential within that situation.
