hello! it is 9 o’clock its the 20th May and you join me in my little travelodge room, excuse the mess down in Dover, because tomorrow morning im going to set off for the ferry to Dunkirk then cycle 40 miles to Saint Omer Should be a nice cycle, its meant to be dry I think its a 20% chance of rain in the morning 16 degrees, bit cooler than its been here in England but the route is canal side, off road trails hopefully so it should be nice all Ive got to do in the morning is cross that road to my car which is there then put my bike together cycle the short distance to my DFDS ferry and I think ill find myself a bit of breakfast I am going to get an early night now though because, bit tired its been a long day at work. so yeah, I will speak to you in the morning Not a bad view from my Travelodge, apart from the dirty window, theres Dover castle Good morning 5.50am lets go right, good to go Right so thats the first mile and a half getting out the Dunkirk port district it goes on and on, its not a very nice ride but here we are in the City of Dunkirk about 36miles to go im probably going to stop at a village called Bergues find a cup of coffee there I think, so lets go
