After three intense weeks of rehabilitation in Druskininkai, surrounded by peaceful pine forests, therapy sessions, and ergotherapy, my recovery chapter is complete. Despite the packed rehab schedule, I still managed to cycle over 1,500 km during this time. On my last day, I packed everything, celebrated with Lithuanian kugelis (potato pudding), ice cream, and great coffee — a sweet finish to a physically demanding but rewarding period in one of the most relaxing towns in Lithuania.
That’s where I spent three weeks. Three weeks of exhausting workouts. That’s my last day. entertain packing my my things up. In between the erotapy and other therapy sessions, I still managed to cycle about 1,500 kilometers during that 3 weeks period. The whole town where I was uh doing my rehabilitation is incorporated in between the pine tree forests and uh it’s a pure relaxation area with multiple parks and recreational areas to get fully recovered.
